Alternative methods for paying membership subscriptions

This page describes alternative payment methods for members who do not have access to a cheque book to pay the Initial Subscription by cheque (for UK and Overseas Members) or who do not have access to a UK bank account to pay Ongoing Subscriptions by Direct Debit (Overseas members only).

Initial Subscription

  1. Initial Payment (only) by UK or Overseas Membership applicants using Paypal or a credit card.

If you do not have a cheque book for making the initial subscription payment or do not have a UK bank account, you may use the Paypal or credit card buttons immediately below. The amounts are £18 for UK residents and £20 for those resident overseas. (see dropdown menu)

Note that all holders of UK bank accounts must complete a direct debit form for subsequent subscriptions. This is a condition for becoming a member.

  2. Initial Payment (only) by electronic bank transfer by UK or Overseas Members.

An alternative for making the initial subscription payment by cheque is to make a bank transfer direct to the Eagles bank account. To do this you will need to contact the membership secretary by email who will provide you with the club’s bank details.

The amounts are £18 for UK residents and £20 for those overseas. (payments from overseas may attract significant charges so Paypal or credit card is likely to be cheaper)

    Important

    • Enter "Subscriptions" in the transfer reference field.
    • Mark on your Application form that you have paid in this manner.

Ongoing Subscriptions

Overseas members without a UK bank account may use the Paypal or credit card button below to make their ongoing subscription payments of £20 due 1st May each year.
