Off Piste/ski tours, Chamonix.
A week of guided skiing with Rick Marchant (IFMGA). There is the option of 4-6 guided days depending upon the group preference. Difficulty level: E1, S3-4, M1.
Accomodation would be in a suitable hotel in the Chamonix area. Costs to be dealt with on an individual basis with the guide fee and expenses to be shared by the group.

Brig, Switzerland. A snow kiting training week with www.bigbluekitesurfing.com/snowkite.htm. I did a week with Oli (the Trainer) last year and can recommend this to members interested in developing this additional snow skill for flat distance touring. The week is wind dependant but Oli runs you to ski slopes or can arrange simple tours and avalanche training if wind conditions are unsuitable. E1 S1 M1 estimate.
I will go again this year (undecided when) if members want some informal Telemark training at no cost (I am ex military Telemark Instructor). Contact me for my dates or more info on what to expect.
