Another Lizzy Hawker record
Eagle Lizzy Hawker has set yet another world record, this time for women's 24 hour road-running.
At the Commonwealth Mountain and Ultra Distance Championships in North Wales last week she completed 247.07 km in 24 hours, beating the previous world record by more than 3 km and winning the race outright. This comes only 4 weeks after comfortably winning the women's section of the North Face Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc.
