Jim Harrison

We are sad to report that Jim Harrison died on 24th July, peacefully in his sleep at his London club.

Jim was Vice-President from 1992 to 1997 and President from 1998 to 2000; he was a fount of knowledge on Scottish and Canadian ski-touring and, with his wife Maud, very hospitable friends to many Eagles. The funeral will be held at 11 am on Tuesday 2nd August, at Mortonhall Crematorium, Edinburgh EH16 6TX (family flowers only).  Afterwards all are welcome at Tusitala Restaurant in Fairmilehead.
