Summer meets and other events

The list belows shows all of the club's summer weekend meets, UK based training meets and other events such as lecture evenings and the AGM weekend.

Please note that full payment in advance is normally required for all the meets. This will not normally be returnable following a late cancellation (or failure to turn up), since the Club is usually liable for booked but unused accommodation.

6 Jul 2012 - 8 Jul 2012 Lake District (Langdale) David Wood Available A repeat of the ever popular meet based at the Robertson Lamb Hut, Raw Head, Langdale. Climbing, walking, biking etc. Cost includes dinner and a drinks reception on Saturday night.
23 Aug 2012 - 27 Aug 2012 Snowdonia (Capel Curig) NIck NIcholls Available Regular and much loved August Bank Holiday meet at the NLMC barn in Capel Curig
1 Oct 2012 - 30 Nov 2012 2012 Mountain Bike meet tbc Provisional: Yorkshire Dales or Dumfires & Galloway. Dates and venue tbc - views needed.
5 Oct 2012 - 7 Oct 2012 2012 Tour Leaders' Meet Pete Lancaster Available The tour leaders’ meet will be held over a weekend at the Backpacker's Barn bunkhouse in the Conwy Valley of North Wales.
17 Oct 2012 London dinner Valerie Hendry This is not a formal Dinner, but a chance for those with easy access to London to enjoy a relaxed evening with fellow Club members. Dress smart casual.
