From a base in Aosta, the ski touring areas of Courmayeur, La Thuile, Crevacol, Pila, Grand Saint Bernard and Gressoney are all within an hour’s drive. This week has replaced a trip to Kazakhstan to reduce carbon emissions. Every llttle helps.
