Club officers report to committee once or twice a year, and to the AGM through the President's Report. This process is important for transparency and accountability, and provide a report of officer activity on behalf of the club.
The reports cover membership, money, ski touring programme, Scottish meets programme, communications, awards, youth & diversity initiative, awards, climate, safeguarding and complaints.
The accounts are reported at the AGM. Up to 2025, the President produced a report on activities and progress since the previous AGM. From 2026, this report will become an annual report covering the club operating year, which runs from 1 May to the following 30 April. This aligns the accounts, membership and club report at the AGM.
