The Hotel du Cerf in the village of Le Sepey, which is nestled in the middle of the Alpes Vaudoise, gives us a comfortable base in which to explore these wonderful ski peaks. The relative low altitude of these summits protects the snow from the wind and normally offers lovely powder skiing.
