There are still a few places left for this BMC supported weeeknd in Hathersage in the Peak District on the weekend of 9/10th June. it is a series of one hour workshops run by active skiers, mountaineers and climbers who hold the UK UIAA diploma of Mountain Medicine and cover topics ranging from accidents when in the Uk hills to altitude illness in the greater ranges. Casualty assesment and other topics are very relevant to ski tourers.
