Just posting to let you know about the Dr Fox "Acetazolamide for altitude sickness" info (https://www.doctorfox.co.uk/pdf/medical-info-altitude-sickness-acetazolamide.pdf), which is very clear and seems to provide sound advice. I didn't know about the Lake Louise score (created in 2018), and let's say it's "interesting" to add up what I would have scored on certain occasions years ago.

LLS well-reputed and used in much of the evidence on this subject. Acetazolamide v popular but there are alternatives of varying utility and side-effects.
