I am NOT the seller.  The seller is James (Jim) Gregson.  If interested contact him directly by email  jgregson.arktikos@gmail.com  He is a non member, but well known particularly for numerous expeditions to Greenland

The skis are Scott Superguide 95s, 168 cm, 126-94-114 so fairly wide.

The Meidjo telemark release bindings are the v2.1 model with a fitting for mounting harscheisen (Dynafit type work fine) I have all the instruction sheets and users guide that came with the bindings plus the correct Allen key which is used for setting the release value of the binding)

The boots are Scarpa TX Pro, Mondo size 28 ( the thermo inners can be remoulded to suit a buyers feet)

As a starting point I am seeking a price of £600 for the skis plus bindings, and £300 for the boots. This is a considerable reduction on the prices as new but I may be sympathetic to a bit of haggling if required as this stuff is just as new. Obviously it would suit me to see this stuff as a bundle but I might be prepared to split if it became necessary.

Reasons for sale.  I was recommended to try this kit by another friend of mine who is also a keen telemarker and I made an investment myself just before the onset of the Covid 19 pandemic. The resultant lockdown periods and the difficulties of foreign travel severely limited my opportunities for putting this stuff to good use and I eventually came to the conclusion that with my own increasing age and reducing flexibility I would not really get the best out of it. I also found that it became more difficult for me to remember the various stages of step-in, step-out from the bindings and the various stages of switching from touring mode into telemarking mode and so forth and fully understanding the workings of the release mechanism. In short , the Meidjo binding is still a bit of a mystery to me! You will notice from the attached photographs that using the Meidjo binding also required a different boot than the older duckbill type that I have successfully used for many years.
