Arolla "slightly steeper" day touring

The Val d'Hérens has lots of challenging skiing accessed by touring from the 3 small lift areas. This is not an "extreme" skiing week (!) but aimed at skiers who can climb 1000+m and ski 40 degrees on day tours. The guiding ratio is limited to 5:1 to facilitate guiding steeper descents.
